Currently not seeing rewards after a new billing round or tier upgrade?

If you’ve recently gone through a new round of billing or upgraded to a new tier and don’t see your rewards on your dashboard, don’t worry—it’s a common issue with a simple fix.

Step-by-Step Guide to Refresh Your Rewards:
  1. Log into MadronaID: Make sure you are logged into your MadronaID account.

  2. Navigate to Your Dashboard: Head over to the rewards section of your dashboard to check if your rewards have appeared.

  3. Hit the Refresh Button: If your rewards aren’t showing up, simply hit the refresh button on your browser. Sometimes, it takes a moment for your account to sync with the latest billing cycle or tier upgrade.

Troubleshooting

If refreshing doesn’t immediately display your rewards, consider the following:

  • Check Your Billing Status: Ensure that your recent payment or tier upgrade went through successfully on Patreon. You can confirm this by checking your billing history on Patreon.

  • Account Syncing Delay: Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in syncing your rewards with your MadronaID dashboard. Refreshing the page after a few minutes can help.

  • Clear Browser Cache: If the issue persists, try clearing your browser’s cache or accessing your account in incognito mode to rule out any caching issues.


Patreon In-Game Units

If you subscribed to the Mammoth tier on Patreon before the July 1st 2025 deadline, you are eligible to receive both the Plasma Mammoth and Diamond Tank units. If you subscribed to the Emperor tier prior to the deadline, you are eligible for the Diamond Tank. As of today, these units are not available as the dev team works on getting them implemented into the game but we will make an announcement once we do. 


Similarly, the dev team is working on implementing the promised Patreon decorations.


Where is my in-game credit?

The in-game credit refers to the list of patrons that will be displayed in the end credits of the game at the conclusion of the main story.


I'm missing my Nanopod Supply Drop

Nanopods from Patreon tiers are deposited only if your Patreon account has successfully linked with your MadronaID. After your accounts are linked and the charge goes through, it may take a few days for Patreon to process the payment. For reoccurring payments, Patreon will charge your method of payment on the first of every month but you may not receive that month's Nanopods for a few days due to this processing delay.
