How to Link Your Patreon Account to MadronaID

To link your Patreon account to MadronaID, you must be subscribed to a Battle Nations tier on Patreon. This includes both paid and free tiers.

Step-by-Step Guide to Link Your Accounts:

1. Log in to Patreon: Ensure you are logged into the correct Patreon account you intend to link, which must be subscribed to a Battle Nations tier.

2. Access MadronaID: Go to the MadronaID portal, sign in, then click on the Link Patreon button.

3. Link Patreon: Follow the prompts to link your Patreon account. You will be asked to log in to Patreon if you haven’t done so already. Ensure the displayed Patreon account info is accurate before confirming the link

Your Patreon should now be linked, and any rewards will be synced to your MadronaID account.

Troubleshooting

If you see the error message "Something went wrong!" during the linking process, it is likely due to the following reason(s):

Not Subscribed: Your Patreon account is not currently subscribed to a Battle Nations tier. Please check your subscription status on Patreon and ensure you are subscribed to any Battle Nations tier.

Patreon Account Already Linked: You can only link a Patreon account to a single MadronaID. Trying to link an already linked Patreon to a different MadronaID will result in the error screen. If you need to have it unlinked, please contact our support team for help.

Try Incognito Mode: If you are certain you are subscribed to any Patreon tier, are logged into the correct Patreon account, and haven't already linked your Patreon account before, try switching to incognito mode and logging into the accounts you plan to link.
