Why aren't I seeing new missions?

• Missions are unlocked once the player completes a prerequisite mission or advances levels. If you are not seeing new mission prompts populating in your missions tab, you may need to level up to see new ones. 
• If you are still having trouble with obtaining new missions, please contact Madrona Support and we will hopefully get the issue rectified. 

How can I access PvP?

• As of today, PvP functions are not in Battle Nations as the dev team works on perfecting them for release. Players can expect to see these features in the near future, beginning with guild formation and friend capabilities. 

Why has my base disappeared?

• If upon logging in your base has disappeared, it is likely due to a network connection issue. Please ensure you have a steady network connection before force quitting the game and reloading it.  

Why am I not getting the expected output from my resources?

• A common reason for this is the present lack of decoration bonuses in the current build of Battle Nations. These features are currently being worked on by our dev team, therefore all decorations are strictly cosmetic for the time being. 

How do I change my username? 

• You can change your username by tapping on your profile on the top left corner of the screen. Username changes are limited to once per year, extra changes cost 25 Nanopods.
